Aisha Hinds

Aisha Hinds is an American actor, is well-known for her role in the television shows "The Shield" as well as "True Blood". She has shown her versatility every since her debut on TV in 2003. Her performance has been outstanding in series like "9-1-1", "Detroit 1-8-7" and "Under the Dome". As of 2005, she was noticed by her character Anna in 'Assault On Precinct 13". Her role in the biographical movie 'All the Way,' as the women's right activist Fannie Louhamer made her famous as a performer. Hind's performance as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's period drama 'Underground' was also highly acclaimed. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. The series was renewed for a new season with 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has recently completed shooting on the Hollywood movie "Godzilla King of the Monsters" to release in 2019.
